Chateau Moya, Castillon Cotes de Bordeaux
  • New

93% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon – 15% VOL

28,000 Bottles produced per year

Grown on the clay limestone hills of the estate. Harvested by hand in the beginning of October. Made in wooden and stainless-steel vats, punching down. With a beautiful black cherry color, Château Moya pairs well with fresh cheeses, delicate berries, and dark fruits. On the nose, ripe fruits and spicy notes stand out. Moya has a “halo effect” that hovers above the palate like a kiss as it evolves toward acidity. The tannins are well-blended and round. This wine is certified organic by Ecocert France SAS.

Chateau du Parc, St Emilion Grand Cru

25,000 bottles produce per year

Winemaking in 500-litre barrels, fermented temperatures between 80° and 86°F. Aged in 100% new oak barrels.

Château Du Parc is a bold, traditional red of the highest quality. Stylish and modern, this wine is medium-bodied with supple tannins, a rounded opulent bouquet, and a frank onset. Its complexity is unearthed in the soft fruit nose contrasted against notes of broad- shouldered spice and wood.

Chateau Vannieres, Bandol
  • New

95% Mourvèdre, 5% Grenache

Carefully hand harvested. 30 to 35 days of vinification, aged in foudre and barrel for 22month. Between 32hl/ha and 38hl/ha.

30 to 65years old vines

A red Bandol that fully lives up to the revered reputation of this tiny enclave of vines nestled on the coast just outside the city of Toulon. The limestone dominated soils ensure that the wines are endowed with structure and yet elegance. This striking red wine maybe heady and rich yet it retains sufficient freshness throughout. Deep, dark spiced wild herbs and autumnal fruit combine seamlessly with notes of faded rose, leather and damson plum. The sculpted tannins provide ample structure yet do not dominate the luxurious, powerful fruit. A wine to savour.”  Neil Sommerfelt - Master of Wine
