La Croisée des Chemins combines high solar ripeness with freshness and velvety palate and typical Syrah scents such as ripe strawberry.
50% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre, 10% Cinsault.
Ageing: 12 months in oak barrels.
Blend of 13 grapes; 50% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre, 10% Cinsault and 10% blend of Counoise, Terret Noir, Muscardin, Picpoul, Vaccarese, Roussane, Picardan, Clairette and Bourboulenc. 15hl/ha.
Aged 18 months in oak barrels.
Only 2000 bottles produced.
30 % Grenache, 40% Cinsault, 30% Mourvèdre
Carefully hand harvested to avoid berries splitting in order to preserve flavours & aromas. Between 45hl/ha and 55hl/ha.
Vines age: 5 to 40 years old.

Vines between 34 and 51 years old. Hand harvested with careful sorting.
Vinification in cement vats. Maturing in old oak casks.
Natural yeasts, no fining, no filtration, low levels of sulphites added only before bottling.
Dark berry fruit flavours with spice and liquorice aromas. A beautiful, medium-bodied blend.
